1 3/4 CUPS FLOUR
2 CUPS SUGAR
3/4 CUP COCOA
1 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TSP SALT
2 EGGS
1 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
2 TSP VANILLA
1 CUP BOILING WATER
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine eggs, milk, oil,and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in boiling water. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Ice with your favorite icing.
