1 1/2 lb. Italian sausages, cut in 1 1/2" slices
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 medium green peppers, cut in chunks
3 medium onions, cut in chunks
2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
In 3 qt. casserole dish, combine sausage, potatoes, and garlic. Heat, covered 11 minutes until sausage is almost cooked, stirrng once.
Drain; stir in remaining ingredients and heat, covered 11 minutes until vegetables are tender, stirring twice. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
