The 2001 Dave's Garden Cookbook

By woodspirit1

Category: Appetizers and Snacks

  Ingredients
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 - 16 oz. container sour cream
2 - 4 oz. jars chipped beef
1 stalk green onion
a few drops tobasco
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed

  Instructions
In a food processor, blend chipped beef and onion with sour cream. Remove to a bowl and mix with the cream cheese, tabasco and dill. Pour into a small covered casserole and bake and bake for 20-30 minutes.

  Extra Notes
I got this recipe from a friend and it is absolutely the best I ever had. You can substitute the cream cheese and sour cream for low-fat ingredients. This is a good spread on crackers as well as a dip.
