1 cup white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oat bran
1 cup buckwheat flour
3 TBSP. baking powder
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dry buttermilk
1-1/2 tsp. salt
dried egg to equal 4 eggs
3 TBSP. ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together and store in the refrigerator. When you are ready to use some, take out a cup, add water to desired thickness, and cook in a fry pan using a small amount of oil.

This recipe was orignally given to me by my in-laws, R.C. and Sue Sherrill. Then they went into the Peace Corps after retiring and I added the dried buttermilk and dried egg so I could ship some to them in Bolivia. All I had to do was add a bottle of maple syrup to the box.
This is great to have around for your family, and it's very healthy. It's also great for camping trips.
