
Weight Watchers Catsup (ketchup)

2 cans unsweetened tomato paste
2 TBSP. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. sweeta
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. celery seed
salt to taste
walnut flavoring (optional)

Combine in med. saucepot and simmer all ingredients for 3 minutes and bottle. This can also be canned.

This recipe is so old that even Weight Watchers no longer has it. It tastes much better than conventional catsup.
