Weight Watchers "Shake and Bake"

|1/2 tsp. paprika|
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsps. powdered boullion (choose chicken or beef)
3/4 cup powdered milk
seasoned salt (optional)
|Combine all ingredients and use in a large-holed shaker or dredge dampened meat in a small amount of the mix. |
|This recipe is also so old, like the Weight Watcher catsup, that even Weight Watchers no longer has it. It's really good.|
