|Dip the chicken breasts in the egg wash and then dredge in seasoned flour. Deep fat fry slowly until done. Place chicken on top of ham slice and pour over grape sauce.|
To make the grape sauce: Combine corn starch and brown sugar and slowly stir in the sherry. Stir and cook until the sauce has cleared and is bubbly. Add the grape halves and ladle over the cooked chicken and ham.
