Lemon Bread

  Ingredients  
1 lemon cake mix
1 lemon instant pudding (small box)
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil

  Instructions  
Mix all together on low for 30 seconds, then 2 minutes on high. Divide batter into two loaf pans that have been sprayed with Pam, and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Leave in pan for 10 minutes, then loosen with a knife and release.
