8 ounces dry fettucine pasta
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
freshly ground black pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Stir in butter, and toss with grated cheese. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

  Extra Notes  
The key here is fresh grated parmesan cheese. this dish is one of my favorites.
