1-2 lb. deer steak sliced in strips (our preference any steak will do)
3 sliced onions
1 small bottle ketchup
9-12 shakes tabasco sauce (optional)
1 TLBS worcestershire
1 TLBS vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
Cooked Noodles
Instructions
DREDGE strips of deer meat in flour, then salt & pepper,
BROWN meat in skillet with onions,
REMOVE meat from skillet and make gravy may need to add little water and more flour,
PLACE meat mixture with gravy in casserole,
ADD catsup, tabasco sauce, worcestershire, vinegar and mustard.
BAKE at 325 degrees for ONE hour,
SERVE over noodles!
Extra Notes
This is fabulous. We like to take the leftovers (without noodles added) and put it in individual freezer containers for a great, hot, quick meal!
