100 gr. butter
1 cup of cream
100 gr. grated parmesan cheese
Place butter and cream in pan, stir over low heatuntil butter is melted and well combined with cream. Removed from heat. Add grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper, stir until sauce is blended and smooth.
Traditionally, this sauce is spooned over hot fettucine or tagliatelle.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
