Liver with Parmesan Cheese

1 lamb's liver
1 clove garlic, chopped
salt, pepper, paprika
parsley, chopped
shallots, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp breadcrumbs

Remove skin from liver and leave it whole, sprikle with garlic, parsley, shallots and seasonings. Heat butter in a pan and brow the liver quickly on both sides. Do not overcook. Place in oven-proof dish, sprinkle with cheese and breadcrump mixture. Dot with butter. Bake until crust is golden brown.
