Ingredients   8-ounce crushed pineapple,undrained 3-ounce package coconut instant pudding mix 3/4 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream fresh fruit

Instructions   In a blender or food processor,combine all ingredients except friut. Cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve with fresh friut. Makes 2-1/2 cups
