3 cups pecans
1 box light brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 small can pet milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons Karo syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Combine all in a heavy pot except vanilla. Beat well
Bring to soft boil stage, while beating the mixture
under med. heat slowely cook to hard boil
Continue beating
Remove from heat and add vanilla
Beat untill thick and shine is gone, pralines will take on a dull look
Drop by teaspoon full on wax paper, let cool
