Wilted Spinach Salad

5 slices bacon (crumbled)
cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar
teaspoon salt
8 cups torn fresh spinach
2 boiled eggs (chopped)
Dash pepper (to taste)

In a large skillet cook bacon until crisp. Add onions, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and a dash of pepper. Gradually add spinach tossing only until leaves are covered and slightly wilted. Put in a bowl and spinkle with chopped eggs. Serves 4
