Cut the tops off the peppers; remove seeds, wash and sprinkle the insides of the peppers with salt. You can then precook the peppers in the oven while you make the stuffing if you want. I don’t precook them. Cook the hamburger and onion until the hamburger is lightly browned strain off the grease. Add the salt, pepper, tomatoes, water, rice and the Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until the rice is tender.Stir in the cheese and stir until its melted. Spoon the mixture into the pepper cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6
