1 pound baby carrots
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced parsley,opt.
Instructions
In a saucepan.cook carrots in boiling water
until tender ( about 5 to 7 minutes ).
Drain. Return carrots to saucepan and
add remaining ingredients. Cook
stirring occasionally,over medium
heat (about 5 minutes ).
