Sweet and Sour Ribs

3 lbs. country style pork ribs
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 C. Apple Cider Vinager
1/2 C. Catsup
1/4 C. diced Onion
2/3 C. Brown Sugar
2 tsps. dry Mustard
1 C. crushed Pineapple
1/2 C. water
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

Brown ribs, meaty side up in Dutch oven or heavy casserole dish, 20 to 30 minutes in a 450 degree oven. Pour off fat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes. Serves 6.
