2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
½ cup smooth peanut butter
Instructions
In a small saucepan combine molasses, shallots, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, garlic and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Add peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Pour into a pretty bowl for serving.
