2 cups shredded,peeled potatoes
1-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 teaspoon salt,divided
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine,potatoes,1/2 cheddar cheese and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Press into bottom and up sides of greased 9-inch pie
plate. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs and milk,add
salt,pepper and remaining cheeses. Pour over potato crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes
