Bacon Horseradish Dip

8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream sheese
2 Tbsp, Horseradish (or more to taste)
1/2 lb. Bacon
parsley (garnish)

With a mixer, blend sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. Add horseradish, and whip in good, crmble fried baccon into small pieces, reserving 2 pieces for garnish. Add bacon to dip. Garnish with bacon and parsley. Yields 2 Cups.
