Spinach Vegetable Dip

1 c. mayonaise
1 c. sour cream
1 grated onion
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts (drained & chopped)
1 ten oz. pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained well.

Mix all ingredients, and refrigerate overnight. Yield 2 cups.

  Extra Notes  
Especially good with Pepperidge Farm snack sticks.
