Salter Family Pasta Salad

  Ingredients  
Dressing:

1/2 c. olive oil
2 eggs
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
salt and pepper to taste


Salad:

8 oz. rotini or shells
1 bunch scallions
1 large green pepper
1 large carrot
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. black oiives
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
1/4 lb. hard salami
1/4 lb. Provolone Cheese
Parmesan cheese
Parsley flakes

  Instructions  
Prepare pasta, drain and rinse with cold water, and drain again. Mix with dressing and refrigerate. Cut other ingreients and mix with pasta mixture. Refrigerate 3 - 4 hours or overnight.
