Stuffed Mushroom Caps Italiano

  Ingredients  
40 large mushrooms
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. sweet Italian Sausage
1/4 lb. hard Salami
1 egg
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

  Instructions  
Remove mushroom stems; chop the stems and saute them in butter. Remove from skillet and set aside. Remove casing from sausage, break into pieces and cook; draing off fat as it accumulates.

Combine sausage with remaining ingredients; except mushroom caps, and puree in blender. Stuff caps and bake at 35o degrees for about 35 minutes, or longer depending on the size of mushrooms. May be served hot or cold.
