Silky Scalloped Corn

  Ingredients  
1 can cream style corn
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Town House Cracker crumbs
1/4 c. milk
pepper

  Instructions  
Add egg, milk, corn, salt, and pepper. Pour into a baking dish, sprinkle cracker crumbs over top, and dot with butter. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1/2 hour or until set.
