1 1/2 lb. new potatoes
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Peel potatoes around center. Cover potatoes with water and cook until tender. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well, pour over potatoes, coating thoroughly. 6 servings.
