Put the pork roast in your crock pot and cook until done.I let mine cook overnight on low.
Take out your roast and wipe out your crock pot. When the pork roast has cooled enough to handle, tear it apart and shred into strips. This will make a fair sized pile of torn up meat.
I then blot the meat with heavy paper towlels. This gets a lot of the fat pressed out of the meat and makes this a healthier dish.
Layer your meat back in the crock pot with the BBQ sauce and seasoning.Don't overload your meat with sauce. You just want to flavor it,not soak it .
Turn your crock pot back on low for an hour or two to let the flavors blend.
