  Ingredients  
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup A to Z ingredient (listed Below)
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts

A to Z ingredients
Apples,peeled and chopped
Applesauce
Apricots,dried and chopped
Bananas,mashed
Carrots,shredded
Coconut
Dates,pitted and chopped
Figs,dried and chopped
Oranges,peeled and chopped
Peaches,peeled and chopped
Pears,peeled and chopped
Pineapple,crushed and drained
Prunes,pitted and chopped
Pumpkin,canned
Raisins
Raspberries,fresh or frozen
Rhubarb,chopped
Strawberries,fresh or frozen
Sweet potatoes,cooked and smashed
Zucchini,peeled and grated

  Instructions  
Heat oven to 325 degrees. in a mixing bowl,combine sugar,
oil and eggs,mix well. Stir in one of the A to Z ingredients
listed above and vanilla extract. Combine flour,cinnamon,
baking powder,soda and salt,stir into liquid ingredients
until moistened. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and
floured 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for
55 to 65 minutes or until tests done with toothpick. Cool
in pan 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.
