Banana Split Cake

  Ingredients  
1 stick of margarine, melted
2c. graham crackers, crushed
2 eggs
2 sticks margarine (softened)
2 c. powdered sugar
3 - 5 bananas, sliced
3/4 c, chopped nuts
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large container Cool Whip
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries

  Instructions  
Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine, pack into a 9x13 inch cake pan. Place in layer of bananas, and then the pineapple. Beat eggs and two sticks of softened margarine and powdered sugar for 15 minutes. Spread over pineapple layer. Spread a top layer of Cool Whip; top with cherries and pecans. Refrigerate overnight.

Hubby and kids go crazy over this one...never any leftover!
