|Combine all above ingredients. Shape into 48 meatballs. Cut an 8oz block of mozzarella cheese into 48 cubes. Push a cheese cube into the middle of each meatball; covering completely with meat. Roll lightly in 1/3c flour.|
In a large skillet, cook meatballs in a 1/4c vegetable oil until browned. Drain. Add a large jar of spaghetti sauce to skillet, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 25-30 minutes. Can cook meatballs and sauce in an electric fry pan or slow cooker.
Makes 48+ meatballs.
