Dave's Garden Cookbook: Breakfast Souffle:

|1 lb. sausage or ham|
2 c. half and half cream
1 1/2 c. grated chedder cheese
1 t. dry mustard
6 slices of bread; crust removed
|Butter bread and cut into squares.|
Lay buttered side down in 9x13 in. cake pan.
Brown sausage;drain excess fat,and sprinkle over bread.
Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage as the next layer.
Blend eggs, milk and mustard and pour over rest of the ingredients.
Chill 8 hours or over night..
Bake in 350 deg. oven for 40-45 min.
|This is really great when you have overnight guests can it can be made the day before and just pop in the oven the next morning. You just cut into squares and serve.Yummy.|
