Veal Scallopini

2 lbs. veal cutlets
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Olive Oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. Seven-Up

Season cutlets with garlic salt and pepper; dredge in flour. brown in skillet in olve oil. Remove cutlets, and set aside. Brown onions and mushrooms in skillet; stir in oregano, parsley flakes, salt, and Seven-Up. Return cutlets to skillet. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Yield: 4-6 servings.
