Heavenly Lamb Chops

Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
8 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 c. parmesan cheese, freshly grated
8 thick lamb chops

Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to butter and blend well. Mix crumbs and cheese. Dip chops in butter on both sides, then into crumb mixture; allow to stand for 5 minutes. Broil and serve with mint sauce. Yield: 8 servings

  Extra Notes  
Mint Sauce:

3 Tbsp. of young mint leaves
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. white wine

Mix mint leaves and sugar; slowly pour wine over mint. Set aside. Mint sauce should be made early and allowed to marinate.
