8 breakfast pork chops
8 Tbsp. brown sugar
8 lemon slices
Butter a casserole or line with foil. Salt and pepper chops. Cover each chop lightly with barbecue sauce; sprinkle 1 Tbsp. brown sugar on each chop. Top each with slice of lemon; queeze lemon juice over all. Bake, uncovered for about 45 min. at 350 degrees. Yield: 4 servings.
