Dave's Garden Cookbook: Squash Relish

Squash Relish

10 - 13 cups shredded squash
3 - 5 large onions, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 cups vinegar
1 sm. jar pimento
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. tumeric
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
2 tsp. celery seed
1 large green pepper, chopped

Combine all; cook for 30 minutes on low heat. Put in jars and seal.
