Fostoria Chicken Salad

Ingredients   8 large, boneless chicken breasts ( cooked and cut in 1 inch cubes) 1 cup celery, chopped 1 lb. seedless green grapes, halved 1 (10 oz) can water chestnuts, sliced 1 1/2 cups Helmans mayonaise 1 tsp. curry powder 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

Instructions   Make a sauce of the mayonaise, curry, soysauce, and lemon juice. Fold into remaining ingredients. Chill overnight.
