3 boxes frozen Spinach, cooked & drained
2 cups of Herb Stuffing mix
2 medium onions, chopped fine
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Thyme
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Make spinach balls the size of walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. If mde ahead and frozen, thaw before baking.
Extra Notes
Easy to do ahead and freeze. Takes 15 minutes to preare. 15 minutes to bake. Yields: 4 1/2 Dozen Balls
