Smoked Pork Chops Fried In Coca~Cola (South American Dish)

6 oz. Coca~Cola
6 Smoked pork chops

In a frying pan, pour Coca~Cola over smoked pork chops. Cook on medium heat until the cola evaporates. The result is the pork chops will be left with the coke caramelized, which combined with the smoke taste of the chops will create a sweet and sour taste.
