Sunday Company Brisket

6 - 10 lbs. brisket
1 - 2 pkgs. Lipton Onion-mushroom soup 1 cup red cooking wine
ginger (ground)

Coat meat with ginger, and place in large cooking bag. Sprinkle onion soup mix and pour on cooking wine, secure bag, and place on cookie sheet or in a large baking pan. Bake at 325 - 350 degrees for at least 4 hours. It will be tender and juicy. Reserve pan juices and serve over meat.
