1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 Tbsp cornstarch
3 oz. strawberry Jello
9 oz. Cool Whip
Graham Cracker Crust
3 cups fresh, sliced strawberries
Instructions
Cook sugar, water, and cornstarch until mixture is clear and thick. Add 1/2 of the strawberry jello and dash of salt. Add 3 cups of strawberries. Pour into pie crust. Top with Cool Whip. Chill several hours before cutting. I use Keebler graham cracker crust. Also good with crushed oreo crust.
