WW Curried Chicken Salad Sandwich

1/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. mayonaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. each white pepper and salt
4 oz. boneless chicken, cooked & diced
2 Tbsp. diced celery
1 Tbsp. golden raisins
1/2 tsp. sunflower seed
2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted

In medium bowl combine yogurt, lemon juice, mayonaise, curry powder, pepper and salt; add chicken, celery, raisins, and sunflower seed and mix to coat with dressing. Spread half of chicken salad on each slice of toast.
