 
Pumpkin Pie Cake

12 ounce can evaporated milk
29 ounce can pumpkin
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Mix well pour into greased 9 x 13 x2 pan
One box yellow cake mix
1 cup melted butter or marg.
sprinkle cake mix on top of pumpkin mixture, drizzle the melted butter over the top of mixture
top with 1 cup chopped nuts if desire

Bake in preheat oven 350 deg. 50-60 min. check with toothpick or knife that comes out clean
serve hot or cold----Serve with ice cream or cool whip
