The 2001 Dave's Garden Cookbook

24/7 SALAD

1/2 head letuce
(torn in bite size pieces)
1 large grated onion
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
1 layer thinly sliced onions
1 layer thin sliced chestnuts

Cover with 2 cups of Miracle Whip salad dressing. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar over top. Add 1 layer grated cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with bacon bits and boiled eggs over top. Seal and refrigerate for 24 hours. Good 7 days a week.
