Dave's Garden Cookbook: Lush Cake

|1 cup all-purpose flour|
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter or margerine
1/2 cup nuts (pecans or walnuts), chopped
1 large package cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 cups non-dairy whipped topping (Cool-Whip)
2 small packages instant pudding, any flavor
3 cups milk
|For the crust:|
Mix flour, sugar, butter and nuts.
Put into a 9x9" pan.
Bake 350° for 15 minutes; cool.
Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar, add whipped topping.
Pour over cooled crust.
Mix instant pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese mixture.
Top with more whipped topping and nuts.
Chill 3 hrs. before serving.
