1 lg. can crushed pineapple, with juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. box orange Jello
2 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. grated mild cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lg. container Cool Whip
Combine pineapple and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil. Add Jello, stirring until dissolved. Add water and chill until mixtures starts to thicken. Fold in cheese, nuts, and Cool Whip. Refrigerate in tightly covered container.
