Bean - Pea Salad Casserole

1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 can French green beans
1 can tender young green peas
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. pimento

Dressing for above:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. water

Combine vegetables and salt and mix well. Combine dressing, mix well and pour over vegetable mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Drain and serve.
