Gardeners love to take pictures of their gardens and plants. We also love a bit of friendly competition. Our Twelfth Annual Photo Contest is now open and accepting entries. Winners are featured on our Dave’s Garden calendar.
We are fortunate to have some very talented photographers in our community and the Annual Photo Contest is one of the highlights of this season. Our members file their best images throughout the year in anticipation of the event.
We receive several thousand entries from around the world and the winners are chosen by a community vote. You have until 8 PM Pacific Time on Monday October 29, 2012 to enter your photos into the 2012 Photography Contest and voting will be open from Tuesday October 30, 2012 to Tuesday November 13, 2012 at 8 PM Pacific Time. Any Dave's Garden community member can vote. At the close of the contest, we create a calendar featuring the winners and it is available for purchase from Zazzle. We'll provide a link shortly after the contest ends. Winners will receive a copy of the calendar and a 1 year subscription to Dave's Garden.
To enter your images, you'll need to be logged in, so let us know at the Helpdesk if you need assistance with that.
