On Saturdays, the Writer's Group would like to say thanks by presenting a "You Supply The Caption" photo. A gardening related photo will be presented, and you the Readers will provide humorous captions. The wit available on Dave's is some of the best around, so please join in the fun! This feature is not a "for compensation" article - just our way of saying Thanks for reading. Hope you enjoy...now let's hear some funny stuff!

Photo credit to Gardenwife, aka Kimberley Subject.....Capsicum Annuum.....sliced :)
 | I'm a long time DG'er, super merry wife to the greatest guy on this earth, Michael. By day, we're self employed Mortgage Bankers along with my son Andy. By evenings and weekends we're gardeners trying to get the best out of 3 acres that we can.
Andy and DDIL Michelle gave us the greatest gift of all this past year. We hope to inspire our Grandson to have the same love of gardening we do.
I truly hope you'll enjoy the occasional articles I submit and most importantly have fun cooking from your garden or your local farms.
Happy Gardening and Garden Cooking to all!

"No", he hissed angrily, "Call the Darn Garden police! I've been robbed!"
"Of?" asked the Garden Police when they arrived, donned in their compost covered smocks.
"What does it look like? My dignity, of course!!!! Helllllllllllllllp."

Posted by gardenwife (from Newark, OH) on March 5, 2008 at 2:08 PM: WG, Emeril is Emeril Lagasse, a celebrity chef in the US: [HYPERLINK@en.wikipedia.org] His signature is saying "Bam!" while tossing some of his "Essence of Emeril" (a combination of spices) onto whatever he's making.
