We live in Greenwood, SC and these bugs have destroyed our tomato plants, now they are drinking out of the hummingbird feeder. How do we get rid of these bugs?

There are several of these Leaf Footed Bugs on my Tomatos, they seem to like insectical soap. Next I'll see how they like sissors!
