Sue, this was quite a surprise when I checked in to DG and saw this. You're so sneaky! I do love my Louisianas. For those of you in other parts of the country, I hope you will try a Louisiana iris in your own garden. They are extremely forgiving plants. They will grow in almost any condition, from bogs to raised beds. They can thrive almost countrywide as well.
I agree with pixie, it was that green that caught my eye, love that color combination!
